TigerVnc rhel 8.3 - control local screen

Hi,

is it possible to configure Tigervnc for rhel 8.3 so i can connect via VNC and control local screen as root user?

i`ve tried to configure vnc user for root and connect to my local machine but i can't control the local screen which is already logged in as a root, also i can see some conflicts at my local screen (sometimes turns to black screen with no response)
