Installation Crash with unkown error during fresh install

Installing RHEL 9 ( Dell Optiplex 7450 + Lenovo P52s )
select installation RH Insight
Fresh install with new partions of the HD
Encryption drive was selected ( Dell sata ssd - Lenovo nmve ssd )
Both RH Insights exiting with an unknow error
final result: RHEL works OK

Does someone has same issue ?
