How to set developer subscription on AWS EC2 Instance?

Maybe this is a dumb question and it's been answered before, but I've searched different places and can't find an answer, even with AWS.

Can you help me to know what image I have to use to create an EC2 instance on AWS in order to use my developer subscription?
