resource monitor program like on windows which can drill down to disk io by file

There are great tools in linux to monitor CPU, RAM and DISK usage, but I've found nothing that compairs to the windows resource monitor's disk tab which while show disk IO by process AND BY FILE! The by file part is VERY usefull and MISSING (see this post for an example of someone finding NOTHING for this):
