"console" option is greyed out for VMs

Dear All,

I have installed RHEV-M 3.1. The Hypervisor is version 6.3. And the host OS is RHEL 6.4.

The Problem is: "the console" option is greyed(find out the attached screenshot) out for VMs, so i can't take the console of virtual machine.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Have you installed the appropriate SPICE plugin on your client machine? From looking at the screenshot you appear to be running Internet Explorer, is that correct?
