We have some Linux (RH, Centos, Ubuntu) & Windows servers that we created for software developers.

We now need to convert them to run on a VMWare platform for handing over to a 3rd party.

How do we do that in RHEV 3.0 ???

I suppose the best route you can take is contact VMWare and ask for a solution to export RHEV VMs onto their platform. RHEV provides such a solution to do the opposite from VMWare, but not the other way around.
