Install of 3rd party product [Solved]

I'm attempting to install open project and I'm getting the following errors:

Error:
Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
- nothing provides dialog needed by openproject-12.0.10-1647445180.37d03eb3.centos8.x86_64
- nothing provides libpq needed by openproject-12.0.10-1647445180.37d03eb3.centos8.x86_64
- nothing provides poppler-utils needed by openproject-12.0.10-1647445180.37d03eb3.centos8.x86_64

I've been searching around for a few days with no progress on a solution to this issue.

Does anyone have any insight on this?
