Logical Bond non rhevm

I want to create a new logical network that is bonded but it will not be DHCP nor have a static address. I am looking to create VM's on this network and assign the VM's the static ip's and use this bond so i do not cross traffic on rhevm. Something similiar to a virtual switch in esx. Is this possible? The switch ports are aggregated.
