Red Hat 8 part of domain but no computer account

Good morning-
I joined a Red Hat 8.5 machine to our Active Directory domain (we have other Red Hat machines on the domain) yesterday. Everything seems fine except I do not see the machines account in Active Directory. I can login with my AD accounts just fine on the Red Hat machine. We use adcli to manage adding these accounts.

What could cause this?
