Turn off DEBUG3 in sshd_config (RHEL6.10 ELS)

I recently enabled LogLevel DEBUG3 in the sshd_config file on our RHEL6.10 ELS sftp server.

Now that the troubleshooting is done, would like to get it back to INFO or some default so the logs don't keep filling up.

But no matter what I use as a LogLevel parameter, it is still logging all the DEBUG3 messages. And, yes, I have restarted the sshd service multiple times. Ideas?

I am sure I am missing something simple.
