Q: Should there be any concerns with booting a snapshot made without shutting down?
A: If the qemu-guest agent is installed in the VM the guest filesystem should be quiesced/flushed before the snapshot
Q: What is the migration plan from 3.0 to 3.1
A: The rhevm-update utility will allow you to perform a live, in-place upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1
Q: On Quotas - can you turn them on an existing DC, or only new?
A: Yes on existing DCs but I'd recommend starting in audit mode first to make sure you've got the right quotas defined and assigned.
