JBoss EAP - Unable to download patches

Hi,
I'm trying to download the latest patch for JBoss EAP 7.4, but the download links (accessible from here : https://access.redhat.com/jbossnetwork/restricted/listSoftware.html?product=appplatform&downloadType=patches&version=7.4) lead me to a standard error page : "We'll be back soon."

I've tried from several locations (business office, mobile network, etc.) and from various browsers : same issue.

Am I missing something ?
