Can Joe Freedom modify his profile when he switches job?
More often, people will have new job on new company, and he/she will have access to this site under new customer's account. but his/her knowledge is never change for less. How can Joe retain his credential (i.e. identity, badge, etc.)

Danny -- we call this "account mobility" and it is something we would very much like to offer, but cannot today. We face some limitations in our core data model that prevent it but the good news is that is being addressed. Once that is no longer a blocker, we'll be taking a hard look at identity managmeent and you should see a lot of good things coming.
