OCP - Red Hat Developer Subscription for Individuals

Hello,

just to understand the "Red Hat Developer Subscription for Individuals", can i use this subscription to run an OCP cluster on-prem ?

In access.redhat.com I see "Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform" on the Provided Content of my no-cost subscription but I can't see it on cloud.redhat.com.
