TLS handshake timeout when pulling multiple images from Quay

Shot in the dark here.

We are pulling multiple images from Quay using Podman for a software build and frequently seeing TLS handshake timeout from Quay and Podman showing "exit code 125."

Wondering if anyone else has come across this or where would be the best place to start in troubleshooting.
