Host not seeing latest available packages

I have servers that are not seeing the latest packages on our Satellite server. So, the latest package might be package-1.1.7, and the installed package is package-1.1.6. When I do a yum list available package, it states "Error: No matching packages found". I looked on the Satellite server and the packages are available there.

How can I force the host to update its list of available packages? I tried yum clean all, but that did not resolve the issue.
