RHEL 7 Security Advisory Patching Issue

Latest response

Hello,

I am running into a few errors when attempting to apply a security patch (RHSA-2021:2845) to one of our RHEL 7 servers. I previously ran other patches a few days prior and didn't run into issues, so I wonder if this was a coincidence or not.

The errors appear relatively in this order:

1) Error loading certificate: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/pki/consumer/cert.pem'

2) file:///mnt/disc/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#37 - "Couldn't open file /mnt/disc/repodata/repomd.xml"
Trying other mirror.
https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl #7 - "Failed connect to...; Connection refused"
Trying other mirror...
and it continues until [Errno 12] Timeout on...

3) failure: repodata/repomd.xml from rhel-7-servers-rpms: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
and then [Errno 14] curl#7 - "Failed connect to...; Connection refused"

I am not fluent in Linux myself, and any help would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
