package unavailble from repo baseos

Latest response

Since 20th September when trying to update dnf is searching for package perf-4.18.0-305.19.1.el8_4.x86_64.rpm but could not find it.
dnf update perf fail with cannot download no more mirror to try error
dnf info perf show that a version 305.19.1.el8_4 should be available.

This package is available for individual download on the download web page but it does not seems to be present in the baseos repo even if described in the repomd.xml.

Am I the only one experiencing the issue?

Hi Sebastien,

Please check out if the subscription-manager refresh command solves the problem. :)

sudo subscription-manager refresh

sudo dnf upgrade

Please let us know how it went with Christian's good suggestion above. Also, is your system connected to the network and can it reach the Internet?

Just for the record I get my packages from a local artifactory cache. Artifactory connects properly to RedHat official repo. This is not the topic here but I had forced artifactroy cache update so I do not see this as an artifactory cache issue.

Repo consistency was broken until this morning, now the perf rpm V4.18.0-305.19.1 is available in the repo.

Thanks for your help.

You're welcome ! Thanks for the information. :)
