Removing license from cloned VM

Hi to all,

I have a question about how to handle license removal for a cloned VM.
The need is to get an image dump of a VM, move it to and start (if needed). As I couldn't find any relevant info on this, what will happen if I switch both VMs on (with the same license) until I'm able to disassociate (and later replace) the existing license from the cloned VM?
