could not upgrade from 8.3 to 8.4 version

I am subscribed to rhel repos. In servers that are subscribed to Satelite when i run yum update i get < nothing to do > as i no update available i can only apply errata via Satelite. The server is stuck to version 8.3 and cannot upgrade to 8.4
