Subscription needed for RHVH

I think that I know the answer to this, but is it a one-to-one relationship for RHV subscription for each RHVH used? In other words, if I'm using ten RHVHs, do I have to have ten RHV subscriptions?

Note that I'm not counting the RHVM manager.
