Samba 4.13.3 Bug Introduced?

Has anyone else noticed that with the new version of samba 4.13.3 introduced with the recent 8.4 upgrade, clients can no longer delete files?

I found this bug report from February of this year:

As soon as I performed a yum downgrade samba, which reverted me back to 4.12.3, everything started working correctly again.
