installing vlc: nothing provides libfluidsynth.so.1()(64bit) needed by vlc (in RHEL 8.3)

I am trying to install VLC on RHEL 8.3

At work I just setup the epel and rpmfusion repos, did a "yum install vlc" and it just installed

When at home, and try to install vlc I get:
$ sudo yum install vlc
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
Last metadata expiration check: 0:43:43 ago on Fri 07 May 2021 01:39:57 PM MDT.
Error:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides libfluidsynth.so.1()(64bit) needed by vlc-1:3.0.13-1.el8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

does anyone have a suggestion?
