RHEL8 FIPS Blocking SCC Tool

When trying to run a Scap Compliance Check with FIPS enabled I get an error message. This only happens when FIPS is enabled, when it is disabled I am able to run the compliance check with the SCC tool. Let me know if anyone has any ideas on how to prevent FIPS from blocking this. Already re-installed the SCC tool.
