Red Hat 6.6 (Santiago) - License Requirements?

Hello,

I need to load Red Hat 6.5 on a Supermicro on a LAN with no connection to the outside world. The motherboard on this computer is 32 bit specific, and I'm constrained by the software it needs to run.
Do I need a license for the Red Hat 6.5?
