Can't access subscription allocations with my developer license

Hi there,

I decided to set-up a Foreman/Katello server for testing purposes to get more experience with Satellite (As Satellite requires paid subscription to be used) and for demo purposes. I wanted to add my developer license to the Subscriptions page to gain access to the Red Hat Repositories functionality. Unfortunately, when following the Red Hat guide to extract a subscription manifest from the subscription allocations page in the customer portal, I get the error "Sorry, you don’t have the necessary subscriptions required for this feature".

How can I export a subscription manifest with my developer license and import it into Foreman? If that is not possible, how can I get access to the Red Hat repositories with my developer license in Foreman? I really want to try out the Red Hat Repositories functionality.
