firewalld ipset types explaination

Hi,
I've been searching without success for a definition of the different ipset types, i.e. hash:ip, hash:ip,mark, etc.
Intuitively, I think I can guess what many of the types mean. Can anyone point me to their definitions and say how an entry should be formatted when being added to an ipset?
