leapp upgrade removes the packages not signed by Red Hat

I have followed the procedure outlined in the article to upgrade from RHEL 7.9 to 8.2:

The upgrade went through fine. But it removed the packages not signed by Red Hat.

Is there any way to exclude a list of packages to not to remove with 'leapp upgrade' ?
