Self Support Workstation and Developer Suite

Hello,

I have a subscription to the self support Workstation edition and I am interested in what is provided with the Developer Suite subscription (also self support). First can I purchase to add that on to the current Workstation subscription? Second, does the subscription include the Workstation Developer Toolset and Software Collections?
