OS goes into XFS in-memory corruption randomly.

I have an HA enabled Linux cluster running 7.2 RH Enterprise Linux. While DRBD enabled, I did a low level dd of all the drives on one node of the HA cluster and saved it to location.

I then dd the drives on a machine that has exact identical hardwares as the old cluster. The machine could be boot up alright. It goes to log in screen. But after some time of usage, the FS shuts down with XFS corruption.

Is there any important steps that I need to be aware when I am doing a low level copying of drives and expect it to run?
