RHEL 8.3 ISO is not working on Rufus ISO write mode.

Until RHEL 8.2 version, the USB was created in rufus' ISO writing mode and used well, but from 8.3 version, media cannot be recognized properly.
In order to use, the media must be recorded in DD mode to recognize the media normally.

8.3 Has anything changed in the ISO image?
