missing file and directory

Dear Support,

I have a problem. I would like to udpate rhev manager from 4.3.6 to 4.3.10.
I started „engine-setup”. During the process engine -setup was generated the next error message:
Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/keys/ovn-sdb.key.nopass'

And the process stopped : „Execution of setup failed”

The „ovn-sdb.key.nopass” file and ovirt-engne directory are missing!
