[RHEL7] securetty and rejected login message

Hi All,
I've setup /etc/securetty with PAM to reject root login with Virtual Consoles.
If I attempt to login from a prohibited VC, I can find in /var/log/secure a message like "access denied: tty 'tty3' is not secure !", which is correct.
But at VC side, the message displayed is "Login incorrect". Any way to change or customize this message ?
