Install of Red Hat 8.3 fails with [Errno - 2] Name or service not known

Hi I'm trying to install RedHat 8.3; the Register step under CONNECT TO RED HAT fails with the error [Errno - 2] Name or service not known; my account details are correct; the role selected is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation; I seem to have valid subscriptions. This step is the only one preventing the install.

Please advise; highly appreciated.
