Doubt about redhat subscriptions / installation

Hi guys.

I have a doubt regarding the redhad subscriptions.

If I have 1 RHEL server STD 2sockets subscription.

How many total installation can I do?

1 physical server and another totally separated 1 virtual server (in my VMware).

Or can I have only one or the other but not both?
