RHEL 8.2; Lenovo Thinkpad - No Wireless Adapter

Recently purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 7 and loaded RHEl 8.2 on it.

I am having problems with my wireless adapter, so I dug through the journal and found some errors(I have attached an image with most of the errors).

I have dug into the issue myself, but this is a little above my head so far. Does anyone have any guidance?
