trouble with installing some streams

Has anyone else noticed this, when trying to install 389-ds for example all I can do is enable it but not install it as a stream:

AppStream
Name Stream Profiles Summary
389-ds 1.4 [e] 389 Directory Server (base)

$ yum module install 389-ds
Last metadata expiration check: 0:07:34 ago on Sun 17 May 2020 03:58:49 PM PDT.
No default profiles for module 389-ds:1.4
Error: Problems in request:
missing groups or modules: 389-ds

And take the module: perl for example, if I remove module 5.26, I should be able to reset the module, then install stream 5.24 but I get dependency hell:
