LibreOffice not found using yum

Latest response

Hi,

I'm new to Red Hat and I'm having trouble getting LibreOffice installed on our instance. When executing, after a repo update, yum search libreoffice there are no matches found. Do you know if I need a special repo added? My current subscription is default Entry level self-support.

Thanks in advace for any help

You'll need to get(wget) the tarball from libreoffice.org. Don't believe it resides on a RHEL repo.

If you are using RHEL 6 Server then you need to subscribe your system to "RHEL Server Optional" Channel.

For more details on how to subscribe your system :
If the system is registered to RHN Hosted (Classic) / Satellite you can refer - https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/70019
If the system is registered to RHSM web you can refer - https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/392003

Yes indeed it is listed in rhel-x86_64-server-optional!

Thank you Paresh, that works.

To install OSI certificate 2048 on Reverse Proxy apache, we need modules : TTLS V1.x (x>0 or GnuTLS) and mod_gnutls.
With yum on Redhat Portal find 0 module, in our repository redhatEntreprise v5.5 it'seems does not provide such modules.
Have any idea about binaries or librairy to job.
Thanks

Hi Manuel. You might be better off creating a separate topic for this question.
