unable to install

I Cannon install REDHAT SSO 7.3
Can I have support for this problem?
I'm trying to follow this guide:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_single_sign-on/7.3/html/server_installation_and_configuration_guide/installation

but in the first steps, when I try to enable repo rh-sso-7.3 the system cannot find the repository. I cannot understand WHY...

[root@LABFVEI008 ~]# subscription-manager repos --enable=jb-eap-7.2-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms --enable=rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms --enable=rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms

Repository 'jb-eap-7.2-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms' is enabled for this system.
Repository 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms' is enabled for this system.

[root@LABFVEI008 ~]# subscription-manager repos --enable=rh-sso-7.3-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms
Error: 'rh-sso-7.3-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos --list" to see valid repositories.
