installing RHEL 8.2 in Oracle Virtualbox

I am trying to install rhel 8.2 in Oracle Virtualbox. I am trying to update some scripts that I have written and want to work on some awk scripts. . I downloaded rhel 8.2 iso after initial install it is asking me for a license or to use subscription manager. Since I do not have a license I tried to use the subscription manger but the install states it cannot find subscription.rhsm.redhat.com i also tried the ip 209.132.183.108. I cannot get past this screen.
How do I get to install RHEL to play around?
