RHEL 7.4 can't find liberation-fonts

I followed https://access.redhat.com/discussions/3674041 instructions and enabled all the right repos but my RHEL 7.4 system is not willing find the liberation-fonts RPM. I cleared my cache added/remove/readded repos and still no luck?

How do I install liberation-fonts-1.07.2-16.el7.noarch?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
