Unable to browse url

Hello
I have create ubuntu linux machine in azure portal.
on ubuntu machine i have downloaded required docker container file.
KVM
Then i have downloaded minishift
I have started minishift and it completed successfully/Started
But iam unable to browse the url, URL is not getting opened.
