RHEL8 can't find texinfo package (provides makeinfo)
Find out which package provides the makeinfo program, which is often needed when building gnu packages.
RHEL6, repoquery --whatprovides /usr/bin/makeinfo, texinfo
RHEL7, repoquery --whatprovides /usr/bin/makeinfo, texinfo
RHEL8, dnf repoquery, can NOT find it?
On RHEL6 and RHEL7 you can install texinfo to provide the makeinfo program, but texinfo does not exist in RHEL8?
