How to bypass proxy for job or playbook execution

I have configured a AT with squid proxy for external (git) communication. The AT machine has only internal IP, hence proxy is been used. When running the playbook from AT, we are using URL module to connect to other service running on different local machine. Since, the AT configured with proxy, the URL module is failing with below error:
