Subscription error

I downloaded a RHEL 8 version and installed it on a Oracle Virtual Box to practice the installation of SQL Server, SQL Server on docker or Kubernetes.

After installing Linux on my personal laptop I see my Linux os is not registered. So I couldn't download SQL Server.

What is the process or steps i have to follow. Please advise.
