Security updates for Konqueror

Hi,
I am using the latest release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6. I used "yum install kdebase" to get Konqeuror in GNOME. When I select "About Konqueror" from the menu, it says it is version 4.3.4, which I believe was released several years ago. Does this version of Konqueror include all current security updates?

Hi Jonathan - welcome to the community here. As with any Red Hat supported packages, security updates for Konquerer would be backported. If there are particular CVEs/updates that you are interested in, let us know and we can provide some more detail. Our policy on backporting security fixes is detailed here: https://access.redhat.com/security/updates/backporting/
