DO180 Lab Not Responding/working

Hi, I am a little over halfway through the DO180 Introduction to Containers course and the lab is no longer responding to anything that I do: if I click Delete Lab nothing happens and if I click on Actions -> Start nothing happens. Furthermore, if I chose a different version of OC (4.2, 3.9 or 3.5) the page refreshes with no content. How can I remedy this? Thanks!
