Unable to connect to the network

I have just installed the RHEL 8.1 from DVD ISO file. I am using a Developer edition Red Hat Linux Server. The installation went OK but I was unable to connect to the network starting from the installation.

The error I receive is as follows:

Could not activate connection:
Activation failed: IP configuration could not be reserved (no available address, timeout, etc.)

When I tell to activate the connection in NMTUI, during connecting... phase, the network receives a ping. But, the connection is not saved at all. The error is mentioned above.
