System time offset issue

Hi experts,

I have an issue regarding system time offset, the environment is as follow:

Server：DELL R740
OS：RHEL 7.5
Time synchronization：ntpdate by using crond

I found the time of some servers had 1 second offset after three hours, but others are not, how to solve this issue, any advices?
