Good day

I installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.0 as a virtual machine for troubleshooting but now every time i try to install something using yum/dnf

it keeps throwing out this error:
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-sap-netweaver-source-rpms'

I have read previous discussions on the failed sync errors but even if i do the following nothing helps:
dnf clean all
dnf clean metadata
dnf update
dnf upgrade
dnf distro-sync

or even trying to add the repo via subscription-manager it keeps giving the same issue...
on subscription-manager repos --enable=....
it shows that it is enabled on the system?

what should I do to try and fix this?
